Dr. Rona Hart

Dr Rona Hart BA MA MSc GC-PGDip PhD is a leading expert in Positive Psychology. She is a Senior Lecturer in Applied Positive Psychology, at the School of Psychology, University of East London. Over the years Rona developed expertise in cross-cultural moves, mindfulness, goal-setting, and the psychology of change, in particular coping and resilience, and has been teaching these topics both in higher education as well as in other organisational settings and has published several books and papers on these topics.

Miriam Chachamu

Miriam Chachamu HG.Dip.P, MSc Systemic Family Psychotherapy. Miriam has extensive experience of working with families, couples and individuals in various settings. She offers short-term interventions, helping her clients improve the quality of their lives and their relationships. Miriam delivers regular training to parents and professionals.Her first book for parents, How to Calm a Challenging Child was published in 2008 (Foulsham) to excellent reviews.
